Service area: Mobile (Edmonton & area) + Distance Reiki (Online)

Session length: 1.5–2 hours

Rate: $200/session

Booking lead time: minimum 14 days in advance

What Reiki Is

Reiki is a complementary wellness practice intended to support relaxation, grounding, and nervous system regulation. Sessions may be hands-off or involve light touch, depending on your consent.

Scope of Practice (No Medical Claims)

I understand that Reiki is not medical or psychological treatment, is not a substitute for regulated health care, and results vary.

Pandora Duncan does not diagnose conditions, prescribe treatments, or advise stopping medication or medical care. I will seek appropriate regulated support for medical or mental-health concerns.

Consent, Touch and Boundaries

I understand I can request hands-off Reiki at any time, and I can decline touch to any area without explanation.

Touch preference (chosen on intake form): hands-off only / hands-on with consent / either

Areas to avoid (chosen on intake form): documented in my intake submission

I may pause or stop the session at any time.

Session Pace

Sessions are mostly quiet and restorative with momentary check-ins. I can request more or less talking.

Respectful communication and expectations

Woven Light Reiki is not a fit for outcome guarantees or “results on demand.”

Respectful communication is required. Boundaries (time, touch, scheduling, and communication) must be honored.

Practitioner right to pause/stop plus full refund

Pandora Duncan has the right to pause or stop a session at any time for client safety/wellbeing or practitioner safety/comfort/boundary integrity.

If the session is terminated by the practitioner for either reason, the session fee will be fully refunded.

Deposit, cancellations, late arrivals

Deposit: $50 deposit required to book.

If cancelled within 48 hours (2 days) of the appointment, the $50 deposit becomes non-refundable.

48-hour cancellation window: Please cancel/reschedule at least 48 hours in advance.

One-time grace reschedule: One late cancellation may be rescheduled within 14 days, or to the next available date if schedule is pending.

Repeat late cancellations:

If late cancellations happen more than once, a 50% fee may apply.
If late cancellations happen more than 3 times, rebooking may require a 50% payment and/or services may be declined going forward.

Late arrivals: If you arrive late, the session may be shortened to respect scheduling. Full session fees may still apply.

Distance Reiki(Online)

Privacy (Alberta PIPA)

Woven Light Reiki collects personal information for reasonable purposes including booking, communication, consent preferences, session notes (if kept), and receipts.

What may be collected: name, contact details, intake responses, consent preferences, brief session notes, payment/receipt records.

How it’s used: providing services, safety/comfort planning, scheduling, and business records.

Sharing: only with my consent or as required/authorized by law.

Retention: records are kept for 3 years after the last session, then securely destroyed.

Access/correction: I may request access to and correction of my information.
